- Commemorate Kate and Gustav Weindorfer’s vision and legacy to honor and preserve the natural beauty and environment of the Cradle Mountain area.
- Celebrate their achievements in establishing what is now the World Heritage Area, Cradle Mountain – Lake St Claire National Park.
- Educate all people in the importance of preserving the natural environment.
